Anyone who was a teenager during the early 2000s understands how popular Abercrombie & Fitch was at that time. Very overpriced clothing and very none inclusive employees and advertising. Abercrombie has now revamped their branding to more inclusive models and actually put the lights on in its stores now that they are under new leadership. I swear it use to be as dark as a cave. If you want to learn more about Abercrombie’s past I highly suggest watching the Netflix special White Hot: The Rise and Fall of Abercrombie & Fitchโ.
Abercrombie & Fitch’s rebrand caught my attention on social media with a variety of Abercrombie haul videos on Tiktok and Instagram. Gone are the oversized logos and preppy surfer clothing thank goodness! What stood out to me was their jeans, particularly their Curve Love High Rise Dad Jeans. I purchased the cross waist version in black and light denim wash. I love these jeans because they are so comfy and I ordered a size up so they have a loose-fitting look. One thing to keep in mind you can order based on the length. I’m 5’3 and I ordered “Short” and I still had to have them hemmed.
Length Options: Extra Short, Short, Regular and Long.
I also love the criss-cross waist detail of these jeans. A criss-cross waist gives a perceived waistline and does a great job of camouflaging a tummy.
If you’re interested in purchasing jeans with a more relaxed fit I highly suggest picking up a pair of the Curve Love Jeans. Also, Abercrombie & Finch usually has sales so definitely keep an eye out by signing up to be an Abercrombie member.
