Like most people, I have been working from home over the past few months. Of course, this has been a new adjustment for a lot of people this year but we are all making the best out of the situation. I know for myself, I have made it a point to actually “get ready” for work in the morning. So that means, taking a shower, filling in my brows, and putting on an outfit. haha. I even sometimes put on my favorite perfume just so I can feel a bit more like myself.
In the new world of zoom meetings, it’s important to still look put together while leading presentations or most importantly nailing that job interview! To be completely frank I haven’t worn a pair of jeans since March (except to take a blog picture in) and no ounce of me misses them at all! If you are going to be in the comfort of your home you might as well be comfortable!
These are some of my suggestions for the perfect loungewear that blends comfort with professional attire. Well..professional at least from the waist up! No need to be an overachiever here *wink wink*.
